The arrival of a newborn brings many emotions... excitement, joy, and most of all, an inexpressible love that you couldn't even comprehend just days earlier. With four children of my own, there hasn't been any experience I've had that matches the first days of welcoming a newborn home.

Newborn sessions are done in the comfort of your home, approximately 7-10 days after delivery. Everything is worked around baby's schedule and every effort is made to make sure baby is safe, comfortable, and happy during our time together.  Sessions include a pre-session consultation by phone or email on how to prepare, 1-2 hours working with you and your baby, an online viewing gallery with your photos, and a digital download of all full resolution images for you to print and share as you like. You are welcome to pick from the following session types:

1. Newborn Lifestyle Session: 1 hour. $275 plus tax. A lifestyle session is aimed at capturing the natural beauty of the newborn within the context of his or her family and home. Photos will be centered around baby in his or her own nursery and with mom, dad, and any siblings. Poses and props will be simple and natural.

2. Newborn Full Portrait Session: 1.5-2 hours. $375 plus tax. A full session includes both lifestyle portraits as well as formal posed newborn portraits. Poses depend on temperament of the baby and can use a variety of props or outfits. Newborn posing takes time, patience, and consideration of safety. As such, length of session will vary depending on baby's cooperation, but will typically last 90 minutes or longer.
